Product
Developers: CyberPlat
Date of the premiere of the system: September, 2014
Branches: Financial services, investments and audit

CyberFT is the multifunction software product intended for safe transfer of financial and corporate data between different categories of users. A system allows to exchange the structured and unstructured agreements, acts, invoices and other document types within end-to-end electronic document management and also to conclude bargains in electronic form.

A system allows to organize the interbank Cash Pooling deprived of the most important shortcoming – a binding of accounts to specific bank. The role of settlement center which is usually played by the automated banking system in one bank executes CyberFT processing. Corporate clients can also use CyberFT as universal channel Host-to-Host for interaction with different banks by means of a single system of Client-Bank. One more essential advantage of the CyberFT system consists in its architecture which allows to create quickly on requests of users new categories of messages by means of the designer of formats.

In March, 2017 the universal system of the protected electronic exchange of financial data and legally significant documents of CyberFT is included in "The unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases" of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation. The development created by specialists of the Russian company "CyberPlat" is referred to a class "Server and a middleware. Process management systems of the organization. Information systems for the solution of specific industry tasks".

"CyberPlat" created the Russian analog of SWIFT

The CyberPlat company sent in September, 2014 information on the product CyberFT almost in 300 domestic banks. It is about a transmission system of all types of financial data which should allow banks to optimize costs for transactions and is designed to guarantee safety of client information[1].

The software of CyberFT, according to representatives of "CyberPlat", is developed by domestic specialists, and all servers are located in the territory of the Russian Federation. Thus, as consider in the company, a system as much as possible corresponds to criteria of national security.

In "CyberPlat" consider that in case of gain of the international sanctions access to SWIFT to the Russian banks can be blocked in principle (the similar precedent was already created in Iran in 2012). It will negatively affect an opportunity to perform interbank settlements and to register payments of clients in foreign currency within the country. The product in "CyberPlat" is positioned as the addition to SWIFT capable to reduce similar risks.

Through SWIFT bank pays 17.66 Euro cents for transfer of each international message. In Russia (between the Russian banks) the cost of the message is 5.27 Euro cents.

Assure of "CyberPlat" that their solution costs twice cheaper. At the same time the payment for connection to CyberFT is absent. However, if to speak about autonomous use of a product in large bank or at the exchange, then the standard single payment for software for two spaced server groups working on GRID technology will make $1 million. At the same time support will cost the customer $200 thousand.

The first bank using CyberFT is Platinum (one of shareholders of Kiberplat). As other domestic banks treat a product, it is not clear yet. Sberbank polled by fall of 2014 of CNews, VTB, Bank of Moscow, Uralsib, the Moscow credit bank, Promsvyazbank, Alfa-Bank, UniCredit Bank, "Ak Bars" and Rosselkhoz bank left questions without answers.

The CyberFT system allows participants to exchange financial messages and legally significant electronic documents in real time with observance of the highest standards of security. CyberFT precisely and completely copies functionality of SWIFT, working with all necessary types of messages of ISO15022 standard (SWIFT Fin) and also supports the message formats within the modern international standard ISO 20022 and a number of additional formats for exchange of participants of a system of electronic documents in a free format (for example, scans of contracts and the invoice between legal entities).
