2022: Device Announcement
At the end of September 2022, DJI introduced the Mavic 3 Enterprise professional unmanned aerial vehicle. The model is tailored for specific tasks, such as cartographic survey and geodetic work, as well as for situations when the use of a thermal imager from the air is required.
The drone is equipped with a main camera with a 20 megapixel wide-angle lens and a mechanical shutter, which allows high-speed continuous shooting at intervals of up to 0.7 seconds, and a 12 megapixel high-definition telephoto lens with support for 56-fold hybrid zoom.
The Mavic 3T version, in addition to the aforementioned cameras, has a thermal imager with a resolution of 640x512 pixels, which allows you to spot the temperature, record its changes, warn about high indicators, and also supports a color palette and isotherms.
The flight time of the Mavic 3T can be up to 45 minutes, it can transmit a high-definition image within 8 km. The standard DJI RC Pro remote control with a high-brightness display of 1000 cd/m2 is equipped with 4 antennas. There is also a built-in microphone through which you can transmit sound messages to the speaker integrated into the drones.
The drone received a set of proprietary DJI software. The updated DJI Pilot 2 flight interface provides quick operator access to all functions and systems of the device. The local data mode is supported, in which all information from the drone will not be carried out via the Internet - additional protection is provided by AES-256 encryption. There is a DJI FlightHub 2 program to control the drone complex through cloud resources. The DJI Terra application is designed for mapping tasks, and the DJI Thermal Analysis Tool 3.0 helps with image analysis from a thermal imaging camera.[1]
The cost of the Mavic 3T version will be from 4.9 thousand euros.
