2021: Enterprise Markteplays Deployment Solution Presentation
On December 16, 2021, the ALP Group Corporate Information Systems Department presented to Russian enterprises a comprehensive solution for creating their own trading platforms (marketplaces). This solution is fully integrated with 1C: Enterprise-based accounting systems and includes a security subsystem and interoperability modules between all participants.
The solution includes a large set of functions related to the commercial and production activities of the organization and ensures the presentation of trade proposals, conduct of bids directly according to various scenarios, implementation of the transaction and its documentation through the EDO system - with the obligatory reflection of this information in the integrated enterprise management system. Moreover, the customer of such a system can provide its own mareteplay to all its counterparties and other specialized trusted companies for bidding and concluding transactions.
DKIS ALP specialists emphasize that recently the demand for systems of this class has increased significantly. This is due both to significant changes in the conduct of activities during the pandemic period and the need for domestic enterprises to deploy new effective means of electronic interaction with their suppliers and consumers. At the same time, the level of internal automation of many companies and organizations has already reached a level sufficient for the rapid and large-scale implementation of systems of this class. This applies both to large corporations and to medium and even small businesses, where management pays serious attention to building IT processes at a serious level.
The most important part of the ALP DKIS solution is the means originally laid down in its architecture to ensure integrated security and protection against cyber threats. We emphasize that since systems of this class are a kind of link between the outside world (suppliers, contractors, customers) and internal accounting systems containing all the data on the work of the enterprise, a whole range of technologies and tools are used to protect them. One of them is the creation of so-called "buffer zones" - dedicated servers that receive and process traffic and, thus, securely separate the external Internet environment and enterprise systems. Another approach is to implement a data bus as such a buffer; and open source solutions can be used as the bus.
The performance of all components of this solution was tested and proved to be effective in real projects. It was this that made it possible for DKIS ALP to offer the corresponding functionality as a single universal platform.
