2015
Starting January 19, 2015, Meet-Me-Room services will become available in the new data center OST 3 on ul. Borovaya.
Meet-Me-Room (MMR) allows you to quickly organize connectivity between telecom operators and DataLine corporate customers. Thanks to the new infrastructure facility, the process of connecting to the desired provider will be significantly simplified and accelerated: now the organization of sneaking will take about 2 hours. In addition, MMR will make it possible for customers to combine channels from different operators into a single network infrastructure.
The active and passive equipment of the providers is located in two isolated areas of the Meet-Me-Room. Optical cables are suitable in MMR with independent inputs, which provides protection of trunk channels of telecom operators. The equipment is powered by both DC and AC. As in all infrastructure rooms of the OST data center, in the halls of Meet-Me-Room there is round-the-clock video surveillance, MCDS sensors and a fire extinguishing system are installed. Meet-Me-Room customers will be given access to network status monitoring and basic MMR engineering systems, as well as a personal cross-country magazine.
"The advent of Meet-Me-Room will open up even more opportunities, allowing the client to switch between the operators represented in MMR quickly and without compromising the client's business processes," said Yury Samoilov, CEO of DataLine . "Together with a wide pool of providers (now there are about 30), the opening of the Meet-Me-Room will be a step towards creating a traffic exchange platform based on the data center DataLine."
2014

Launch of two machine rooms Golf and Nadazero
DataLine launched two new halls on the OST site in June 2014. Two new machine rooms will increase the total number of racks on the OST site to 1047. In the Golf and Nadazero halls with an area of 204 and 80 m2 are located in the new part of the OST data center - OST 3, which is designed as an independent data center. It has autonomous power supply systems (two power inputs, separate UPS rooms, battery rooms, DGP) and air conditioning. Also, several more halls will be launched in OST 3, as well as Meet-Me-Room Elba.
The new premises already have customers, and in the near future the process of placing client equipment will begin.
"This year we have a fairly tight schedule for the commissioning of new capacities, and it's nice that we manage to meet the stated deadlines," commented Yury Samoilov, Director General of the DataLine. - In addition to the further expansion of the OST site, in the summer we will launch the first stage (2 halls with 504 seats) of the NORD 4 data center. The finished data center will be ready to place up to 2016 stalls and will be certified according to the TIER III Uptime Institute standard (project, finished facility, operation). "
