2018: Start of the second queue of DPC for federal GIS

Scientific Research Institute Voskhod, the multiservice partner of the state in information technology field, announced on November 15, 2018 creation of the engineering infrastructure meeting all standards in the field of the fault tolerance allowing to place systems with increased requirements to information security.

Within implementation of the second queue Voskhod increased the power of a system of uninterrupted power by 400 kVA and put the module which power capacity makes 119 kW into commercial operation. In data center double reservation of the key engineering systems is provided, automatic equipment is optimized, complex control and monitoring of the systems of cold supply and power supply are implemented.

Operation of refrigerating appliances of data center is controlled and controlled in the automatic mode: all process parameters are visually displayed online on a uniform panel in a dispatcher station, the optimal operation mode is provided, switching to spare equipment in case of emergency situations is executed, transitions to the "winter" and "summer" modes are seamlessly performed.

The monitoring system of the engineering systems of data center of Scientific Research Institute Voskhod is completely constructed based on the software of OpenSCADA which open implementation allows to reduce dependence on proprietary products.

For placement of an automated workplace of information security administrators the special controlled zone with a connectivity to the systems of customers on a direct cable line within this zone is selected. The biometric control system of access is implemented.

In the closest plans of Scientific Research Institute Voskhod — certification of data center on compliance to requirements FSTEC Russia to data protection oh, of the security (K1) which is not the state secret, contained in the state information systems of the first class.

2015: Start of the first module

In 2015 Scientific Research Institute Voskhod started the first module of data center expected 100 racks. Afterwards it was upgraded.
