On April 29, 2019 the Skolkovo Foundation reported that its resident Klastera of biomedical technologies the YuNIM company collected the database of tumoral processes. DPathology Base allows the doctor-onkodiagnostu to get access to huge base of the digitized data on different, including rare, to types of cancer.

In the world there are no structured solutions similar to DPathology Base. It is connected with low extent of informatization of the onkodiagnostiki and difficulties with storage of hundreds a terrabyte of data.

DPathology Base can be used for training of doctors to distinguish different types of cancer and for the help in diagnosis (especially in complex cases) - the doctor can correlate materials of the arrived patient to materials of patients for which the oncological disease is already diagnosed.

For April, 2019 in the world there are more than 12 thousand types of tumoral processes, many of which extremely seldom meet and hardly give in to diagnostics. Use of DPathology Base is capable to improve significantly skills of onkodiagnost, to improve indicators of detectability of oncological diseases and to lower percent of errors in diagnoses.

The tool is used in digital laboratory "YuNIM" and will be offered by the company as a commercial product in the nearest future. At distribution of DPathology Base cooperation with market leaders of professional medical content is planned.
