2024: Nova Container Platform Compatibility

Data Sapience and Orion soft conducted joint load and functional tests of the Data Ocean Nova Lakehouse data platform and the Nova Container Platform containerization management platform. The products enable you to deploy a big data solution in an environment with tools for logging, monitoring, scaling, cluster and application protection. Data Sapience announced this on December 12, 2024.

Data Ocean Nova solves complex problems of massively parallel data processing. It also allows you to create and scale online data layers in real time, seamlessly work with CRM and ML platforms, provide federated access to databases and acts as a virtual storage. The platform has high performance at low cost of ownership.

The architecture of Data Ocean Nova involves deployment in a container environment based on Kubernetes. Nova Container Platform will allow you to increase the speed of project implementation and reduce the labor cost of deploying and operating applications through pre-configured automation, a single interface for managing and monitoring the state of clusters, built-in modules for logging, CI/CD. The platform also provides an increased level of protection for containers and clusters due to the built-in information security module.

The Data Ocean product family is based on a modern architectural approach. All system components are deployed in a containerization environment. Thanks to Nova Container Platform, we can now offer customers an improved service.
