Data exchange with FFMS

Data exchange with FFMS - the module of automation of process of formation and providing the additional information in FFMS in electronic form.

On May 29, 2014 the ProgramBank company announced an exit of a new product — the module "Data Exchange with FFMS".

The new software will help banks to automate process of formation and providing the additional information in FFMS in electronic form.

The module "Data Exchange with FFMS" is executed taking into account requirements of Provision of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation of September 2, 2013. No. 407-P. In the module automation of process of interaction with FFMS is implemented: from maintaining requests from FFMS, formation of response messages and investments before processing of receipts on acceptance / not adoption of the sent messages and investments of FFMS.

Functionality of a subsystem:

• enter into a system information on the requests which came to credit institution from FFMS on paper carrier with a possibility of attachment and preserving in base of their scans;
• create responses to the entered requests with automatic filling of necessary data from IBS Gefest;
• attach to the created different answers of an investment (the scanned copies, files created by IBS Gefest, etc.);
• create according to answers and investments attached to them a file set for sending to FFMS (with a possibility of automatic packaging in archive files) in a format approved by the Bank of Russia;
• perform acceptance of response receipts and notifications from FFMS;
• process the accepted receipts;
• adjust earlier sent answers and investments in case of their rejection of FFMS (when obtaining the corresponding receipts on rejection).
• collecting and sending data to Rosfinmonitoring.

Developers are going to implement free of charge the module at all clients of ProgramBank operating IBS Gefest, in the nearest future. The module is equipped with the basic integration interfaces giving the chance of its autonomous use with other automated banking systems.
