Now, when possibilities of worldwide network are really boundless and practically everything can be purchased, issued and made, using Internet resources, the UCS company (UCS) developed the relevant solution for delivery of finished goods. The new technology provides integration of the program with any website and automatic order taking, issued on the Internet, with a further possibility of order processing in Delivery software for R-Keeper v.7.

Principle of work of technology

* the Special module is built in the website of restaurant or shop of finished goods. After installation, the client has an opportunity to independently do the order in a special form.

* For order placement the Internet menu provided on the website of restaurant is used. Seeing before itself images and cost of dishes, the buyer adds them to cart and thus creates the order.
* the Client will become authorized or fills fields in a special form, thereby leaving data, important for delivery: contact information, address, phone, additional comments, etc.
* the Call center operator sees the blinking Internet orders button. After clicking it the window with information on the order then the operator takes the order opens and further makes out it as usual.

The module of Internet orders interacts with CardSystem R-Keeper: if the client is already available in base, then at authorization on the website the program finds it if the order is made out by the new client – his account and the entered data remain in CardSystem.

The new technology allows to increase the speed and customer service quality significantly. As all process is completely automated, the possibility of errors and inaccuracies as it happens at acceptance of the request by phone is excluded. Thanks to the fact that the buyer independently creates the request there is a saving of time which is usually spent by the call center operator, specifying order parts. Load of call center is significantly reduced, so, staff expenses are reduced. But the most important that today the Internet order of finished goods is the most comfortable type of an execution of the request for the buyer: in a quiet situation, at any time, quickly and conveniently. Only Internet access is necessary.
