2017: Beginning of deliveries of a smart desktop

On August 14, 2017 the Dell company announced deliveries of a smart digital desktop of Dell Canvas.

The output to the market of the product Dell Canvas is planned for August 29, 2017. Dell Canvas is the working space created for work with digital technologies. The device is the 27-inch touch screen with permission of QHD. It is placed horizontally on a table and can supplement the operating PC and OS with an update of Windows 10 Creator.

In a device set — a digital feather, the special rotary handle ("totem") for access to the menu and interaction with labels. For August 14, 2017 Dell Canvas supports some professional applications.

2016: Dell: "smart" working space

What in 2014 engineers Dell conceived as the concept of a "smart" table in 2016 found the embodiment in the product Dell Canvas representing new category of intellectual jobs which expand possibilities of creative and productive work for creators of content and designers. This 27-inch "smart" working space with permission of QHD can be used as a flat table or the oblique surface allowing professionals to realize the ideas as naturally as they do it on paper. For example, when using digital feathers and the controller of contacts Dell Totem the Dell Canvas system turns drawings and drawings into electronic documents which join in process of document flow and facilitate collective work. Developed in partnership with Microsoft and compatible practically with any device under management OS Windows 10, the equipment Dell Canvas is integrated with software solutions of technology partners, including Adobe Autodesk, AVID, Dassault Systems and Microsoft, allowing everyone to realize the creative potential.
