• Exclusive handling of the product: Dematic Crossbelt sorters work with a large range of goods, including plastic bags, cardboard box, trays, envelopes with filling and polyethylene bags. Items can weigh from 20 grams to 75 kilograms and have dimensions from 50 x 50 x 1 millimeter to 1500 x 800 x 800 millimeters.
• Compact design: precision functions (for example, two-element oriented unloading) allow Dematic Crossbelt sorters to have the narrowest trays on the market. Narrow troughs located at a short distance from each other save valuable floor area.
• Silent operation: Dematic Crossbelt Sorter features include linear synchronous motors, automatic waiting mode for the induction conveyor, automatic adjustable unloading speed, a low friction plate under the load transfer belts and patented dual cell technology. These features and lightweight media save on energy costs and reduce equipment wear and tear.
