HR Back Office is the web application designed to simplify execution of necessary business processes on a joint of tasks of department of work with personnel and other divisions of the company. HR Back Office collects, stores, analyzes and provides information on employees, their statuses, processes and events, with them connected.
Tasks which can be solved using HR Back Office: consolidation of territorially separated offices, project work, the summed-up time recording, approval of holidays, creation of the reporting, etc. – are relevant for most of the Russian personnel officers and HR directors.
Despite the high level of automation of modern offices, HR business processes (timely document creation by non-management employees, interaction of linear personnel from different departments and heads among themselves) are "headache" not only the staff of personnel department and the HR director, but also all workers, generate different disputes and take away time for the solution of routine tasks.
