Antifraud technology
At the beginning of a year it was announced implementation an antifraud technology, allowing to identify the counterfeit passport data coming to a system at a stage of obtaining the request for a loan.
The tool has efficiency of prevention of both internal, and external fraud. The technology is effective at fraudulent intention to issue a loan, having changed data in the passport and not to service a loan further. For this purpose swindlers distort passport data in the document, providing counterfeit copies.
A system scans the passport copy, compares to earlier arriving documents and calculates coincidence percent, using modifed algorithms of Damerau-Levenstein, Noise Map, Key Points, SIFT.
This system of an antifraud is developed by specialists of the company, taking into account the unique customer base – for all the time of work the company serviced about 1 million borrowers, at the same time analyzed about 7 million requests from unique individuals. The technology of determination of external fraud works several months, and more than 100 fraudulent attempts of receiving a loan were already succeeded to prevent the companies.

"House money" were given using the smartphone of 5.4 billion rubles
Since launch of the Digital Cash application in 2014 agents of the company issued 5.4 billion loans only using the smartphone. The number of Digital Cash Clients which downloaded mobile application exceeds 55 thousand human. About 25 thousand people cooperate with the company by means of mobile application of Digital Cash Everyone.
Digital Cash Clients
In the summer of 2016 the number of the clients of the company who downloaded the application reached 50 thousand.The Digital Cash Clients application was started in the fall of 2015 in the pilot mode. Digital CashClients represents "The borrower's office" in the smartphone and allows the client of "House money" to control payments, to contact quickly the personal manager, to receive the certificate of the next payment terminals and also to enter payment directly in the application by the bank card. The client receives the link to downloading of the application automatically in SMS at once as soon as he makes out a loan.
All information on payments comes to the application instantly: the client sees the amount of the arrived payment, date of the following and the amount of the arisen delay. If desired the client can call from the application to the agent or on a hot line of the company. All personal data of the client are under protection of a multistage security system of the company.
Since the beginning of 2016 the House Money company stopped 126 attempts of impact on resources of the company.
Attempts of cracking had different character. The company and clients did not incur any losses. Actions of malefactors did not affect safety of clients in any way. In the company one of the most perfect mechanisms of protection allowing to protect effectively keyword parameters is implemented. Digital Cash ERP system developed by the company also has a multistage security system.
In the ERP system of Digital Cash the most exact geolocation is reflected: the agent cannot refuse to the client issue of a loan, without having visited him, and a system carefully controls it. A system "sees" movements of the agent, correlates data with the address of the arrived request and analyzes work: whether the client had an agent for implementation of visual scoring as quickly there was an approval or failure in issue of a loan as regularly the agent visits the client for collecting of payments. Innovations in a system allow to avoid internal fraud, to increase quality of work with the client and quality of a portfolio.
Mobile application for Service of economic safety of the company
In the spring of 2016 mobile application for Service of economic safety of the company is started. With its help employees check the signed agreements of loans and control quality of work of agents, considerably minimizing fraud.
The application for Service of economic safety is developed and started in the Digital Cash family – the ERP system allowing to issue and collect loans by means of the smartphone. After signing of the contract of a loan by the agent information arrives on the smartphone to the employee of Service of economic safety.
The employee performs departure to the address and checks reliability of the data transferred to a system. In a system all information on a loan is available: payments, copies of documents, photo of clients. The Digital Cash application allows to enter on site quickly information into the system, to confirm or correct data.
The application interface is made taking into account a special algorithm of check of the company. According to the results of the analysis of all data the employee makes the detailed report on each client. Such system allows to minimize fraud and also to receive a feedback from clients on quality of work of agents.
A system functions already on all network of the company in Russia, with its help "House money" is controlled quality of a portfolio.
Digital Cash Everyone
On June 7, 2016 the House Money company announced release of release of Digital Cash Everyone in the spring of 2016. The Digital Cash Everyone application is the program synchronized with an information system of House Money, the third in a line of applications by means of which the company works as the including Digital Cash with agency network across all Russia, and Digital Cash Clients – the application for clients. The release of the Digital Cash Everyone application took place in the spring of 2016. Earlier the application was available only to the Android system, and it could be downloaded in Google Play. The application can be downloaded for IPhone in AppStore.
The Digital Cash Everyone application is the program synchronized with an information system of "House money" by means of which the company works with agency network across all Russia.
To software it is intended for service of potential borrowers. Data on the borrower are processed in a system on risk algorithm of the company: the client undergoes testing, the manager communicates with him and after approval there is an issue of a loan. The partner of the company who recommended the client earns a reward for each issued loan.

2015: Start of the Digital Cash system
In June, 2015 the House Money company provided Digital Cash - the project of network management of agents on Russia by means of the smartphone (as the working terminal the Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 smartphones are used).
The Digital Cash system, according to the statement of the company, helped to rebuild work and to achieve good results in business processes.
