The solution "Purchase management" is developed according to requirements of Federal law No. 223-FZ of July 18, 2011. It will allow to connect separate procurement procedures in uniform process, to facilitate information transfer between divisions and to provide an order and controllability of the executed transactions.

The solution is intended for support and automation of a full stroke of purchase management: from requirements planning and the budget, through preparation and holding procurement procedures, before drawing up the obligatory and analytical reporting and control of performance of contracts. Processes which are often conducted by the organizations in the different systems, files and mail are joint in the uniform tool excluding loss of information and manual data of data from divisions now. The solution provides the mechanism of notifications and reminders on need of execution of actions and also the system of journalizing monitoring making changes in data and documentation of purchases.

Oleg Greshnev, director of the department of corporate systems, Digital Design: "The developed solution considers all points of Federal law No. 223-FZ of the July 18, 2011 setting the general principles and requirements to procurement process of goods, works, services and which execution is obligatory for the state and municipal companies. However the functionality of Purchase management will be interesting and relevant not only for state structures, but also for the large companies in which implementation of this process has accurate regulations and complex structure".

The solution allows to conduct purchase planning of divisions in electronic form that significantly reduces need of manual data collection. The built-in reference books allow to avoid repeated manual filling of many data and also that is not less important, to avoid errors at registration of information. Thus, the probability of repeated data entry is excluded, the efficiency, coordination and consistency of data in the organization is provided.

At the moment users of the solution is already the staff of purchasing departments in 12 branches and parent organization Federal State Unitary Enterprise State Corporation on Air Traffic Management.

Advantage of this software product in a possibility of its integration into other solutions implemented in SDU based on Docsvision software. The solution promotes centralization of document handling, approval process optimization and also increases control of observance of procedures and completion dates. The product has the developed search mechanisms, support function of employee scheduling according to the made decisions and also provides a possibility of electronic approval of documents using the electronic signature. In it the data representation form about work flow on the organization and accomplishment of purchasing transactions is thought well over. "Purchase management" will provide employees with online access to requests, necessary documentation and contracts.
