2022: As part of the solution for automating the preparation of minutes and transcripts of meetings

On December 13, 2022, Digital Design and Webinar Group presented a single solution for corporate customers, which includes Russian products: video conference call (VKS) Webinar.Meetings and the SumMeet auto-protocol system.

Webinar.Meetings video conference is a fully functional solution for organizing online meetings. The SumMeet logging system allows you to get the final meeting protocol with conclusions and important points added using artificial intelligence, as well as a list of orders with executors and deadlines.

The peculiarity of the Webinar.Meetings VKS proposal and the SumMeet system is the automatic preparation of final minutes and transcripts of meetings. The transcript of the meeting is divided by speakers by providing a multi-channel audio recording, which allows you to get acquainted with the text of the meeting in the optimal format and is guaranteed to assign the text to the meeting participant.

Video conference call Webinar.Meetings is a Russian VKS product that has a deployed API and provides separate audio tracks by speaker. As a result of integration with the Summeet logging system, the secretary does not need to clarify the author of the text by listening to fragments of the meeting record. In automatic mode, not only an audio file is transmitted to the protocol, but also complete information about the meeting: date and duration of the meeting, name, participants.

Pros of the offer:

  • The time to edit the minutes of the meeting by the secretary is reduced from 1 hours to 5-10 minutes.
  • The protocol will contain exact wording and be sent to the participants just a few minutes after the end of the meeting.

2021: Purpose, Functionality and Objectives

The SumMeet system is used to automatically log meetings using voice artificial intelligence technologies personalized for client data. The system is able to recognize speech, decipher information from the meeting and automatically compile the full text of the transcript of the meeting, as well as speed up the formation of the minutes of the meeting according to the template.

The solution is intended for corporate secretaries, heads of departments, members of collegial bodies and project teams. SumMeet aims to improve the effectiveness of the meeting review process by reducing resources for the preparation of deliverables and automating routine operations.
