The solution "The knowledge base of public authorities of the Yaroslavl region of Diaram is developed on the Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 platform and directed to creation of a centralized system of storage and information management.

Initially a system is developed within an implementation project of components of the electronic government for the Government of the Yaroslavl region.

The knowledge base of public authorities of the Yaroslavl region of Diaram – the complete solution consisting of several modules migrating from the outdated separate information systems created by different third-party developers.

Subsystems and features

• Diaram - the digital library including a photo, video, an audio material, the scanned copies of books, newspapers, magazines, articles with a subscription to changes in base. Allows to prepare meetings of the Government of YaO, has the analytical module of use by employees of OGV YaO of calendars in Microsoft Outlook and other tools;

• "The statistical directory" – the directory of statistical information Roskomstat with a subscription;

• "Reference base NPA" – base of Regulatory legal acts OGV YaO. http://npa.yarregion.ru is located at in open access;

• Infoteka is the database on collecting and analytics of events, actions, articles, persons, etc. received from different sources with links to sources in BZ of Diaram;

For indexing and information search the search engine Fast Search Server 2010 for SharePoint is used.
