DIRECTUM Ascension - the product offering nonclassical approach to involvement and user training to work in the DIRECTUM system.

On June 2, 2014 the Directum company announced entry into the market of the product "DIRECTUM Ascension" v.1.0 focused on the corporate sector and implementing in playful way, learning processes of users to use of DIRECTUM.

"DIRECTUM Voskhozhdeniye" v.1.0

On the basis of quantitative and qualitative indexes of work of employees in the DIRECTUM system, the development team created the interconnected system of game elements. Their use allows to involve employees in process of work in a system and induces to independent studying of its functionality. The gained knowledge can be put successfully into practice in daily activity.

Maxim Galimov, the director of the perspective researches DIRECTUM, noted: "It is important not only the fact that users know its opportunities better now, is important that they begin to apply it, it is better to apply, to the solution of the tasks – within those business solutions which are offered by DIRECTUM, from contract management before project document flow, from personnel processes before processes of approval of accounts".

Different awards and points, missions and quests, levels and tables of results became primary elements "DIRECTUM Ascension". The principles are the basis for technology:

  • Voluntariness of participation. Each user independently makes the decision on the participation in quests. If desired at any time it is possible to join participation or, on the contrary, to refuse it.
  • Openness of participation. Information on achievements and each other awards is available to all participants.
  • Simplicity of the interface. Interaction of participants with instruments of technical solution is performed in the DIRECTUM system conductor.

Use of tools of an igrofikation allows to accelerate process of mastering of systems capabilities by new users and also to develop the positive relation to work in EDMS. Experience shows, so employees solve the problems much more effectively. Moreover, they find new interesting solutions.
