2025: Directum Targets Presentation
IT company Directum on September 29, 2025 announced the release of a product for planning and monitoring the implementation of strategic tasks - Directum Targets.
The system will help large businesses achieve strategic goals through ready-made planning mechanisms, cascading goals and tasks to all levels of management and monitoring their achievement.
This software product has expanded the Directum ecosystem of company management solutions. With Directum Targets, management will be able to quickly bring the overall strategy to execution and assess the company's progress towards goals from above, and ordinary employees will be able to see their contribution to achieving the main results. When developing the system, working control practices were taken into account: the most popular methodologies are built into the Directum Targets "box" - OKR, MBO and BSC.
80% of companies do not have or have a strategy, but regularly do not achieve more than 60% of expected results due to management difficulties. The main effect of Directum Targets is goal-setting transparency. With the system, you can quickly turn a strategy from a document or presentation into real goals and objectives of departments. At the same time, it remains possible to quickly adjust the course, because information on the current state of affairs is received in real time, - commented Artem Permyakov, director of development at Directum. |
So that the company's strategy does not exist out of touch with real work, Directum Targets associates high-level goals with tactical ones. For clarity, the map of goals is presented in the form of a tree - it is easier to see how strategic goals cascaded, whether they are supported by the goals of units, and track the progress of their achievement.
Next, the goals are transformed into the daily work of teams - through instructions and tasks, tickets on Agile boards and projects in the Directum ecosystem. The necessary metrics can be tracked in real time on the map, as well as through reports and statuses that the system collects automatically.
