On August 30, 2018, it became known that the Mail.ru Group released the next version of the Disk-O: application for Windows with the ability to work offline. Thanks to this, users will be able to work with files and folders from the cloud without an Internet connection.

As the developer noted, the application can make files available offline in two ways: "Disk-O:" automatically detects files and folders that their owner may need and saves them in the device's memory. The user himself can also select objects that will be stored on the device and, accordingly, will be available offline.

The amount of space that objects available for offline work will occupy, the user will be able to determine at his own discretion. When connected to the Internet, files are synchronized and all changes made to the document are saved both in its local copy and in the cloud, according to the Mail.ru.

The presented version of the application "Disk-O:" implements the ability to select a location (disk or folder) for storing system data and support for proxy servers (in the version for Windows). The interface is also translated into English - if necessary, you can change the language in the settings.
