Leta Group has four divisions: Leta Information Security, Leta Industrial Innovation, Leta Software Development and Leta Investment & Venture.
Leta Information Security businesses cover information security - from home computer security to government and corporate IT systems. The division includes the following companies: Leta IT-company (provider of information security solutions, the first operator of typed IT services), Group-IB (provider of services for investigating computer crimes and incidents in Russia and abroad) and ESS Distribution (an official representative of Eset, an international developer of antivirus software and computer security solutions in the CIS countries and India).
Leta Industrial Innovation focuses on industrial innovation and IT applications in industry. It includes: ASK Labs (industrial integration and development of solutions for industrial automation) and ASKOM-Stroy (construction of data centers, creation of engineering and technical systems for protecting the perimeter of objects and engineering infrastructure of buildings and structures).
Leta Software Development Division, specializing in the creation and promotion of corporate and "home" software, has combined the companies DAMASCUS (the largest domestic manufacturer of the electronic queue system) and HamsterSoft (a developer of mass software for "home" use, distributing it for free on the international market).

2017: Investing in Qmarkets
In July, LETA Capital became the lead investor in the round of financing of the international provider of intelligent solutions for Qmarkets corporations, the volume of which amounted to $5.2 million. The deal was held with the participation of the Israeli business association Club 100 Plus, the State Department of Economic and Public Development of Connecticut. Qmarkets intends to use the funds received to further expand the product line and expand in the US market.

According to the Leta Group, today 14.3 million people are users of Eset products in Russia, while about 2.5 million visitors visit the Russian Eset website every month. In 2010, the company sold 1 million boxed versions of antivirus software, and Eset's corporate clients are more than 30 thousand enterprises, ESS Distribution reported.
Buying a 50% stake in Group-IB
In 2010, Leta Group acquired a 50% stake in Group-IB, a company that comprehensively investigates computer crimes, information security violations and computer forensics. This allowed the group to immediately become the dominant participant in the rapidly growing market for investigating computer crimes and incidents, as well as quickly prepare for the launch of a number of innovative solutions, the leta Group emphasized. The first of them, Group-IB Anti-fraud, combines audit of Internet banking systems, protection against malware, detection of fraud, warning of remote bank fraud and collecting the necessary evidence. Launch of the service for ensuring compliance of banks with three information security standards

He also resigned as commercial director of the system integrator Leta IT-Company (part of the Leta Group). Since February 26, 2010, Sokolov became Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Astrakhan Region. Sokolov owned a 33% stake in Leta Group. "These shares were sold to me and the chairman of the board of directors of the group of companies Sergey Piltsov, after which our shares are 50% each," Alexander Chachava told CNews. "We say goodbye without conflict, we remain on good terms, and Anton is ready to receive the necessary payments from us in a form convenient for Leta." The parties did not disclose the amount of the transaction.
