Doc24 KTsOED Kazakhstan Center of Exchange of Electronic Documents

Information system KTsOED Doc24 ("the Kazakhstan Center of Exchange of Electronic Documents") is a system for exchange of electronic documents between any legal entities and physical persons and also with state bodies by a legally significant method (by means of the EDS) in Kazakhstan.

2019: Opportunities and features of KTsOED of Doc24

As of April, 2019 Doc24 allows to exchange the following document types legitimately:

• agreements,
• invoices,
• acts,
• official letters,
• supplementary agreements and other electronic documents.

Features of a system:

• Data transmission by means of secure channels of connection with support of SSL;
• Application of the EDS when signing documents according to state standards;
• Use of enciphering of the transferred ED using algorithms of AES, Blowfish or 3DES;
• Reliability assurance and data security according to state standards of Kazakhstan.

According to Documentolog company, for April, 2019 KTsOED of Doc24 is the only service for external document flow which underwent certification on information security in Kazakhstan that gives the chance for implementation of legally significant exchange of electronic documents to any partners and state bodies.

2018: Integration with the Single system of electronic document management of state bodies

In 2018 integration of ilyuza "Doc24 KTsOED" with Uniform istemy electronic document management of state bodies (ECEDO GUO) is implemented. Thus, for the first time in Kazakhstan an opportunity to correspond with state bodies in an electronic format is implemented.

2017

Through Doc24 nearly 50 thousand electronic documents are sent

According to developer company of Documentolog, for the first months of work in 2017 nearly 17 thousand users and more than 2 thousand companies were connected to a system, nearly 50 thousand electronic documents were sent.

Release on the market

In 2017 the Documentolog company put on the market "Kazakhstan Center of Exchange of Electronic Documents Doc24". The solution allows legal entities and physical persons to exchange legitimate e-mails.
