2022: Description of the "Treasury" service

As of July 2022, Kazna's service operates "in the cloud." This means that it does not need to be installed on a computer: just follow the link and log in with your login and password.

Counterparty Approval

First, an application for approval of the counterparty is entered into the Treasury. The chief accountant and lawyers check him for trustworthiness. If everything is in order, they will work with the contractor. If not, they will ask the responsible employee to look for alternatives.

Agreement of contracts

Contracts with partners who have passed the test are loaded into the Treasury and sent for approval. First - to the head of the department, then to lawyers, and then - to sign to the general director. Route chains are flexible: they can be configured for a specific document.

When the contract has passed all stages of approvals, it goes to the "Agreed" stage. Only after that you can create an account.

Agreement of payments

To start the payment, the responsible employee draws up a request in the Treasury, where he indicates the amount, the desired dates and attaches an invoice scan. The application is then sent for approval to the Head of Department and CFO. When the approvers have approved the payment, the invoice goes to the chief accountant and is paid. Closing documents can be attached to the invoice card after payment, then all document flow information will be stored in one place.

Document statuses

The responsible employee sees all the stages of document movement in the Treasury. And when the status of the document changes (for example, moves between parties), notifications come to the mail. So the coordination becomes transparent: it is clear who has the document, to whom it will go further and in what time frame to wait for approval.

Budget constraints

Each department has its own budget, and it is important not to go beyond it. When the responsible employee opens an account, Kazna warns about the limits and tells you how much can be spent.

The treasury operates on the basis of 1C, so it is better to have a 1C license for quick connection.
