2024: Product Announcement

On January 25, 2024, Enovis Corporation introduced the DonJo Roam OA specialized exoskeleton for the treatment of osteoarthritis and other knee pain. This band allows you to unload the affected joint, improve stability and mobility.

The product was developed by DJO, a subsidiary of Enovis. The novelty was created for conservative care, preparation for surgery or postoperative rehabilitation. The exoskeleton is suitable for a wide range of patients who want to maintain or increase activity. It is noted that by the time patients with osteoarthritis seek medical help, they usually experience severe pain. DonJo Roam OA provides support and dynamic pain relief that improves quality of life.

The design of the novelty includes soft silicone and Mag-align magnetic clips, which help to easily align the connection points of the belts. The BOA Fit system allows patients to adjust support, and 2X Cool technology provides comfort by keeping the surface temperature 2 degrees lower compared to the ambient temperature.

Enovis says the DonJo Roam OA exoskeleton is effective and easy to use. Optionally, the device can be customized with optimal parameters of height, cuff size and belt length. This will ensure the most comfortable fit, taking into account the anatomical features of a particular patient. Due to its small thickness, the product can be worn under clothes without hesitation of movement. The exoskeleton is presented in several versions of size.
