E-factoring — electronic platform, service of legally significant electronic document management for maintenance of all process of factoring service.
2020: Opening of roaming of e-document flow with OFD Platform within marking
On April 22, 2020 OFD Platform reported that her clients will be able to exchange legally significant documents and UPD with users of service of electronic document management from Corus Consulting CIS, one of leaders in the market of operators of e-document flow now.
Roaming connection is implemented for the benefit of the organizations which participate in turnover of the marked goods - perfumery, tobacco products, footwear and clothes. Thus, large producers and distributors who are clients KORUSA have an opportunity to send UPD with codes of marking on e-document flow channel (E-document Flow Platform service) directly to a set of low-format retail outlets which, in turn, use OFD services for exchange of documents. Retail outlets through roaming connection between KORUSOM and OFD Platform accept UPD with codes of marking and confirm transition of the property right of goods with the code on themselves.
Compliance to the ROSEU format of both operators allowed us to execute testing of exchange of documents in few days. Clients of OFD Platform or e-document flow KORUS continue to work in interfaces, usual for each of them, but at the same time can interact with each other, exchanging the legally significant documents necessary for compliance to requirements of process of marking, noted Dmitry Afanasyev, the partnership director of OFD Platform IT company

At this stage of the project roaming connection is organized in a manual format, traditional for the market, but in plans of both companies - creation of automatic roaming during which partners will be able to exchange UPD with codes and other documents without the need for the additional address to the operator.

2017: Start of E-Faktoring service
On September 19, 2017 the Corus Consulting CIS company announced start of SaaS service — the automated B2B-solution for maintenance of processes of financing of deliveries E-factoring. Thus, now cloud services of the company provide complete documentary maintenance of merchandising, from the order before financing.

As you know, in case of assignment of the rights of a monetary claim the factor should receive the different documents confirming, for example, the goods acceptance fact.
