The E2E system gives an opportunity of monitoring of services of providing access to Internet network in any control point of a working chain from its beginning (user) up to the end (telecom operator). A system provides not only control of passing of data, such as the used traffic and holding time, but also control of the general operability of network.

The E2E system allows the operator to obtain in real time information on existence of any problem in connection, with detailing to a specific point in each single region.

At the level of monitoring of IT services it is executed

  • creation of IT services depending on the Client's IT infrastructure
  • determination of levels of availability and quality of work of IT services (SLA)
  • report generation about work of the IT service
  • registration of cases of nonserviceability of service

The End 2 End system of monitoring of payments represents the system of generation of test payments and their passing through all chain of payment of mobile communication at each of partners of VimpelCom, such as OSMP, Euroset, etc., - and internal systems of VimpelCom, up to transfer of these funds for the account of the subscriber. A system allows to measure time of passing of payment on any section of a chain and, in case of any problems, both on the party of the partner, and on the party of the operator, proactively to react to voznikayemy problems that reduces the number of complaints from subscribers about delays in payment passing. Also, based on statistics and the reporting which is generated by a system it is possible to reveal bottlenecks and to eliminate them in one of the most important business processes of mobile operator – payment acceptance process from the subscribers.
