EAE. Operational time keeping

"EAE. Operational time keeping" is the innovation module of the software tool "BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER" developed by experts of EAE-Consult company — the official partner of BOSS. Personnel systems company. Allows to keep a time recording in the automated mode.

Operational time keeping" "BOSS-personnel officer" considerably expands functionality of a management system for human resources. Work of this functional unit is implemented logically and simply. The accounting actually of a worked time on division is carried out monthly by managers of remote divisions which in the automated mode create the operational sheet and also the planned diagram taking into account data of an operation mode, acceptance/dismissal and planned absences. As required they daily make corrections to the sheet, verify data with the absences brought to modules of the serial version by PS the BOSS-personnel officer and also close on change the period with the checked data of the sheet. At the same time managers of remote divisions have an opportunity directly on places to control presence at work of employees, their development and observance of labor discipline by them that is especially relevant for specialists with a piece wage. Thus, changes are made to the sheet proceeding from a real production situation and at once loaded into the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER PS information base.

The manager-controller confirms data of the sheet for a week/decade/a half of month with the subsequent signing of data in a month and formation of a printed form of the sheet if necessary. Information from the operational sheet into the main is loaded by specialists of the central HR department of the enterprise who verify data of the signed operational sheet with absences and create the final sheet in 15 days and in a month.
