eGaaS: Apla, Public blockchain platform

Apla is a public platform for creation a blockchain ecosystems.

Features of structure and functioning:

• Writing and use of blockchains-applications is implemented in the autonomous software environments with the fixed membership called by ecosystems.
• Activity in ecosystems is based on creation of registers and support of their functioning using smart contracts, but not on exchange of transactions/messages between accounts.
• Management of access rights to registers and regulation of the relations between members of ecosystems is implemented using a system of law based on smart laws.

2017: Output to the market

EGaaS S.A company. — developer and solution provider for eGovernment — on September 11, 2017 announced expansion of the sphere of use of the platform and an output to the market of universal public platforms under the Apla brand. Promotion of Apla will become one of key in the product strategy of the company.

According to representatives of the company, the high speed of distribution of technology of the distributed registers and need of the whole sectors of economy for different specialized solutions on the basis of a blockchain demand from developers of creation of a public and multifunction technology platform based on which it is possible to create as fast as possible the blockchains-applications increasing quality of life of people. Considering current demands of the market, the eGaaS command started the Apla project.

Emergence of Apla was preceded by several years of persistent work with the eGaaS platform (eGovernment as a Service): development of own protocol, creation of language of smart contracts, multi-layer system of management of access rights to elements of applications and language for creation of safe interfaces and also implementation of the smart laws managing work of all systems and mechanisms of a blockchain platform noted in eGaaS S.A.

We held a set of negotiations with representatives of government institutions of the different countries, developed and showed a number of proof-of-concept of prototypes: business registration, cadastral register, system of creation and accounting of documents — the system architect of eGaaS Alexander Boldachev told. — However the modern states aim at implementing solutions based on private a blockchain networks that slows down development and promoting of our project a little. In this regard we made the decision to select the new direction in our business and to bring the public Apla platform to the market, having saved the name eGaaS for designation of a private blockchain platform for projects in the field of eGovernment.

According to plans of developers, in the nearest future in Apla will appear: parallel processing of transactions, incomplete nodes, visual designers of interfaces and contracts, the semantic thesaurus for the description of models of documents.

According to eGaaS, the openness will provide to the Apla platform dynamic development and will allow to create global community of developers, users, investors, customers and vendors within several months. It will be promoted by a low threshold of entry for mastering of language of contracts and language of a shablonizator, minimization of time for creation of ready applications and also existence of a legal mechanism of management of ecosystems.
