EMC SourceOne eDiscovery Kazeon 4.6

In November, 2011 within the annual conference for partners and users of products and solutions for management of corporate maintenance of Momentum Europe, EMC announced availability of EMC SourceOne eDiscovery from now on – Kazeon 4.6 – integrated solution which helps corporations, to providers of legal servants, to law firms and consultants is more effective and with smaller expenses to provide disclosure of information of eDiscovery, support in a case of legal claims and other investigations on the basis of events.

New features:

• The predeterminated and configured management of persons and roles: The predeterminated and configured persons for the IT administrator, the employees who are responsible for communication with law enforcement agencies and prosecutors/heads of investigations help these users to implement and optimize quicker the administration and investigations.
• On-site investigation and at any time. The analysis, preserving and classification of information is made on site and at any time. The organizations working worldwide can save and classify information electronically (electronically stored information, ESI) before starting collecting of data for investigation in connection with approach of certain events according to such legal acts as European Privacy Act and Bribery Act.
• Enhanced capabilities of search and analytics with additional support of languages of the world: Carrying out ECA with enhanced capabilities of search, analytics and the first-pass review overview in French, Italian, German and Spanish and also English in Unicode encoding.
• New improvements of the connector of a repository: Powerful integration with EMC SourceOne Email Archive, Documentum, Avamar, IBM of Lotus Domino Server, Symantec Enterprise Vault v9, Microsoft SharePoint Server and Microsoft Exchange 2010 with the CAS.
• In this release of Kazeon the advanced ECA functions, the simplified eDiscovery and enhanced capabilities of investigation in connection with approach of certain events for the tasks necessary for providing global Information Governance appeared. Permanent growth and complication of ESI in combination with need quickly and precisely to react to requirements of detection and investigation, require complex approach to problems of governance irrespective of the scale of the organization.
