Horizontal coating The BASIS system implements the Project Management module, which supports the planning, budgeting and execution of projects by managing their content, cost and timing.

Planning management: support for the planning-execution cycle, the formation of projects and subprojects, revenue and time plans, and the linking of all documents to each other by functional links.

Procurement management: full cycle of procurement of goods, works, materials, support of various procurement procedures.

Document management: parallel and sequential approval of documents, bar - coding of each paper document.

Contract management: planning and accounting of typed obligations with counterparties, control of legal status of the document (contract, act, etc.)
