ETegro Eos 720 is the switch with support of standard 100Gb Ethernet.
On May 18, 2015 the ETegro Technologies company announced expansion of a lineup of the ETegro Eos switches the ETegro Eos 720 device.
The switch is created on the basis of a matrix of Broadcom StrataXGS Tomahawk and is suitable for use as Top-of-Rack/Spine of the switch in DPCs, networks of large enterprises and suppliers of cloud services.

The compact chassis 1U high contains 32 QSFP28 ports which can be configured as 128x25G of ports using break-out of cables (adapters).
Speeds of work of ports - 10/25/40/50/100GbE for simplification of transition to the new standard and protection of investments into the operating infrastructure are supported.
On the switch the Open Network Install Environment loader which allows to unroll the network environment as well as server is preset. The Cumulus Linux and Broadcom ICOS operating systems, alternative option - the Linux installation and independent development of the target L2/L3/OpenFlow applications using OpenNSL/OF-DPA libraries open source are supported.
Possibility of the new switch - support of the BroadView tools which allow to collect telemetry about network condition and pointwise to eliminate bottlenecks.
Industrial production of the device is planned for the third quarter 2015.
