2018: The wireless router with Vault Plus videoarchive storage function

On May 4, 2018 the EZVIZ company provided in Russia the Vault series router held for use as a hub of video surveillance systems and at the same time for providing access to the Internet of the user devices. Depending on tasks the device can be used as for optimization of connection to network of several digital devices and IP video cameras, and for creation of a complex of video surveillance in commercial premises: outlets, catering establishments, offices, etc.

According to information provided by EZVIZ company, the wireless router with storage function of a videoarchive of Vault Plus is a powerful router which works in standards 802.11b/g/n/ac, providing wireless connection to network with a speed up to 1200 Mbps. It is specially developed for effective use as the main node of a video surveillance system – it is possible to connect to it at the same time up to eight home or outdoor cameras: Vault Plus will automatically recognize the new camera EZVIZ and will organize interaction with it "in one click". Video which is finished shooting by cameras can be browsed through a cloud service, including from the mobile device through the application, or to save on the hard drive up to 6 TB. Along with it the device provides steady connection with the Internet in a radius up to 100 meters. In a situation when on-line want to go several people at once, it will not affect quality of video reflected from cameras, noted in the company.

The device supports watching video through a cloud service and also remote setup and content management by means of special mobile application of EZVIZ.

Since May, 2018 EZVIZ Vault Plus went on sale in the Russian shops. The recommended retail price of the device is 11990 rubles.
