The solution Eastwind SM Greeting allows the operator automatically using the SMS and USSD messages to provide to the subscribers who are in roaming, the reference information about rates, rules of set of numbers and services of local operators which provide communication services.
Based on a system the operator can implement two services: Welcome and Bon Voyage. The service of Welcome is provided to guest subscribers who arrive to roaming in network of home operator and upon registration receive messages with useful information. Own subscribers of the operator going to roaming in other networks can connect Bon Voyage service. Upon their registration in third-party networks the operator can send them information on features of communication services provision in the different countries.
