The analytical Eastwind Social Analytics platform allows Mobile operator to carry out systems analysis telephone and the Internet of activity of subscribers, to reveal patterns of actions of users and to model their behavior. In the platform of social analytics from Eastwind three main patterns are put: interests, the social graph and geotargeting from whom each subscriber is considered. The platform allows:
- build social columns;
- define circles of contacts of the subscriber;
- perform a clustering of subscribers on social groups;
- build profiles of interests of subscribers;
- receive a huge number of parameters of targeting and insights for point marketing and targeted advertizing campaigns;
- visualize valuable knowledge of the subscriber;
- prepare the reporting under all social graph and the interests of subscribers.
Implementing the Eastwind Social Analytics system, the Operator receives a packet of such integrated tools as:
- the data warehouse, collected from network devices, ASR and the third-party systems;
