BreakerVisu is the system of visualization of a distribution manifold displaying indications from all distributors whether it be time cut-outs with opportunities of measurement of the proceeding currents and tension on lines, the operating current transformers or special compact modules of measurement.

On February 4, 2015 the Eaton company presented the solution for distribution control of the electric power, having integrated the software of BreakerVisu with[1]
A system supports switches and Eaton devices:
- Compact switches of the NZM series;
- IZMX16/IZMX40 air circuit-breakers of the NRX series;
- IZM26 air circuit-breakers;
- Measuring modules NZM-XMC.
All data from working devices are output to the central touch HMI display. It reaches economy in comparison with the normal system of distributors with the separate display for each switch.

Details
By means of the special software the multifunction BreakerVisu display consolidates all data obtained from devices of measurement of parameters of distribution lines and displays them on the color display, precisely repeating hierarchy of the polled devices. At the same time each device is prepared for use in the web environment for remote information display and sending report files to the necessary address.
For example, for the main power input it is possible to use Eaton IZMX 16/40 air circuit-breakers on currents from 630 to 4000 A or IZM63 up to 6300 A on which communication modules of data transmission about a status of chains under the Modbus, Profibus or Ethernet protocols are installed.
In this case BreakerVisu constantly obtains data from these modules and displays them on 7" or 3.5" the color touch display.
For electric power distribution after the main input it is possible to use the time cut-outs NZM-MC on currents up to 1600 A with the built-in function of measurement of power, currents and tension. Data on these measurements are also transferred to the BreakerVisu system and displayed in a user-friendly format.
For information transfer two communication modules can be used: XSWD-707 transferring data on the bus SmartWire, and NZM-XMOD-707 intended for communication under the Modbus RTU protocol.
At failure or impossibility to use switches with the built-in function of measurement, it is possible to use the module to measurement and communications of NZM-XMC. It is developed for use with any time cut-outs in the cast body on currents up to 630 A. The device integrates in itself classical current transformers and measuring electronics. The module is installed below the switch or the disconnector and does not require a rupture of cable conductors or by-pass buses. It significantly simplifies setup works both at assembly of the new distributor, and at implementation of the module of measurement in the existing electric units. The module XMC allows to measure such parameters as phase and linear stress, phase currents, active, reactive and ultimate power, electrical power factor, frequency of network and also provides information transfer under the Modbus RTU protocol.
Data can be transferred to global dispatching system, to the BreakerVisu system and be displayed on the local display installed directly in a distribution cabinet. One more module, TC-MB, eliminates need for shutdown of an electric unit and also dismantling of classical current transformers for counters of energy or ampermeters at upgrade of distribution cabinets. It is developed for transfer of values of currents from transformers in the BreakerVisu system or other dispatching system under the Modbus RTU protocol. This solution is very relevant where it is necessary to create extremely quickly a monitoring system of chains, at the same time almost without interfering in space of distributors.
Advantages
The BreakerVisu system is capable to display on the color display and to save data of 48 time cut-outs and measuring devices in the magazine. At the same time it works with solutions of all producers which are capable to transfer information on the Modbus RTU protocol. Using special XML file devices earlier not known to a system can be quickly connected to BreakerVisu. Besides, in case of need the user can password-protect a system.
