At the end of September, 2019 provided to Amazon "smart" points and a ring with the voice assistant to Alexa on the action devoted to new products from the Echo series.
The vice president of the company Dave Limp acquainted audience with "smart" Echo Frames glasses. In a form the new device reminds the normal points which are released according to the recipe, but allows owners to carry with itself the clever assistant to Amazon Alexa everywhere. Echo Frames are included into the program which Amazon calls Day One editions. It the devices aimed at enthusiasts and yet not absolutely ready to mass distribution. They will be available only by the invitation for $180.
According to Limp, Echo Frames weigh only 31 grams and can be purchased according to the normal eyeglass prescription. They are not supplied with cameras or tools for creation of images of virtual reality. The integrated speaker phones send Alex's answers only to the user that they were not heard by people around. Echo Frames connected to phone on the basis of Android or iOS can be used for reading notifications, phone calls and audio playback, including music and podcasts. The company does not announce accumulator service life though it states that points can be used "all day".
The company did not open issue date of Echo Frames. Also Amazon announced wireless Echo Buds earphones for $129 and a ring of Echo Loop, one more product within Day One editions. Microphones for tracking of voice commands of Amazon Alexa are built also in a "smart" ring. Unlike smart columns or points, Echo Loop it is activated not by a key phrase, and using the button. When clicking the ring vibrates, giving the owner a signal of readiness to listen to a command. Besides, vibration is used for the notification of the user on new messages or other events.[1]
