EcoDPI Teracluster

EcoDPI Teracluster is technology of creation of a failsafe multiterabit DPI cluster.

On November 30, 2017 the rdp.ru company presented the technological solution EcoDPI Teracluster - the failsafe terabit DPI cluster scaled up to 40 Tb / with on a node. The product is held for use on the backbone networks of telecom operators, content providers and big corporate customers.

URL- filtering – a part of functionality of DPI, is implemented in technologies EcoFilter and Eco3in1. Stated as an innovation the product has potential of intellectual traffic management.

Part of functions:

• identification of applications in any traffic including ciphered (the updated base of signatures includes more than 2000 applications),
• use of security policies,
• optimization of work of the selected applications at all levels of network,
• dynamic quality control of service (QoE),
• providing SLA at the level of applications,
• collecting and preliminary analysis of statistical information (trends, forecasts, analytics, preferences of users)
• others.

The product allows to manage access rate to the selected services, to optimize capacity of channels. Reducing the speed of low-marginal traffic (for example, torrent), the operator provides to subscribers comfortable web surfing, viewing video content as HD, high quality of the IP telephony and other types of communication, a possibility of use of network games without delays.

The functionality of URL filtering implemented in EcoDPI Teracluster provides registration of URL and profiling of traffic of separate URL. This mechanism is necessary for observance by the operator of the federal law on filtering of the prohibited content and providing service Children's Internet. The product works with the updated base including more than 90 million domains. Check of each request is provided.
