The RDP.RU company presented in May, 2018 to the market the complete solution EcoQoE intended for reading and data processing of Quality Of Experience (quality of perception) and the analysis of the user preferences. These tools allow operators to work for preserving of a subscriber base, to manage quality of the provided services, to predict and prevent outflow.
Early the QoE, Shortlist and Clickstream functions were positioned by the developer as separate program components based on an analytical system and service Eco3in1 platform. Now the company integrated them in the complete solution EcoQoE which can be unrolled based on software platforms of Service Gateway Engine (SGE) or DPI.
The EcoQoE system performs end-to-end monitoring, i.e., estimates quality of work of all components of network in general, including subscriber devices. This approach is universal, it works with all existing technologies of access and service models without installation of any additional devices, samplers and programs on user side.
