EcoStruxure Facility Expert – cloud application for the organization of process of operation, maintenance and management power supply.
2020: Release of the Russian-language version of EcoStruxure Facility Expert
On May 18, 2020 the Schneider Electric company told about a release of the Russian-language version of EcoStruxure Facility Expert.
According to the company, upgraded version with the Russian-language interface does it more convenient and opens opportunities for the main users:
- the companies of small and medium business having small objects with small energy consumption and without staff of electricians;
- the large plants and holdings with the considerable park of the equipment of power supply;
- the companies performing assembly, a complete set and after-sale maintenance of the supplied equipment.
Use of EcoStruxure Facility Expert and more reduces operating expenses of a power distribution system on an object by 8%. The solution performs condition monitoring of network and power consumption and announces exceeding of target values, creating the diagram of necessary maintenance that allows to minimize risks of sudden accidents and to provide the maximum return from use of the electric power. Service is provided from a cloud and is available in the form of mobile application on any types of devices.
At the heart of EcoStruxure Facility Expert – IoT technologies and a cloud platform from Schneider Electric. On an object the collecting device and data transmissions reads out, saves electric parameters of the mode of energy consumption and a status of time cut-outs, collecting this information from electric power distribution circuit elements, and with the set interval (from 1 to 60 min.) transfers a data packet to the cloud storage. The mobile application installed on the PC, the smartphone or the tablet computer allows to receive precautionary messages about predetermined events and further to look at all indicators remotely. The application ranges notifications on importance degree, visualizes consumption maps and issues reminders on need of carrying out planned works. It allows at any time and from any place to find the instruction for service and the necessary technical information on each object. If on one of objects there was an emergency shutdown or there is such threat, the engineer where it would not be, will receive the notification and parts of the events earlier, than the owner or the administrator of the building learns about it.
