Boundary - a complex of detection of hardly noticeable air targets with speeds up to 500 m/s at extremely small heights.

On September 1, 2016 the press service of Ruselectronics company announced creation of the Boundary complex which purpose - detection of hardly noticeable air targets with speeds up to 500 m/s at the heights up to 500 m.

The complex is created on the principle of a spaced goniometric and total and range-metering location of the purposes in a zone of sublight of base stations of cellular communication of the GSM standard. JSC NPP Kant developer.

In the territory of Russia more than 250 thousand base stations of mobile communication, the average density of placement - 11 pieces/km ² work. At the same time territorial and frequency planning of GSM network is executed for formation of a continuous coverage of territories with the greatest population density. The continuous field of sublight of base stations, in turn, allows to create the round-the-clock noiseproof multifrequency field of a location of air targets on the signal reflected from them.

Engineers of Edging executed really creative development, the high density of mobile traffic is directly connected with objects which the probable opponent selects for potential air blow. At the same time such weapon of destruction as a cruise missile, is developed specially to remain invisible to active radar stations.
