Elpost - an automated system of electronic transfer of data on setting of foreign citizens on migration registration in the place of stay.

Description

The automated system of "ELPOST" remotely performs information transfer in body of migration registration at the time of arrival of the foreign citizen and directly from that place where there arrived a foreign citizen. Data transmission is possible at any time that it positively influences the quality level of service of foreign tourists and provides timely data transmission in the Office of the Federal Migration Service, and, therefore, and fulfillment of requirements of the current legislation.

The EXPERT of "ELPOST" conforms to all requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of data protection, including to the Federal law N149-FZ of 7/27/06 "About information, information technologies and on data protection", to Federal law No. 152-FZ of 7/27/06 "About personal data".

The ELPOST AS interface is developed especially for operational data entry. The developed software product helps to transfer quickly information on arrival/departure of the foreign citizen from hotels to territorial authorities of FMS of Russia.

Information transfer is performed using secure channels of communication. Application of the electronic digital signature allows to protect the electronic document from counterfeit and to prevent distortion of data. Information obtained from the organizations in electronic form undergoes preprocessing and testing on a special hardware and software system. The data consolidated in electronic packets go to the system of FMS of Russia.

The cost of 1 operation on transfer of the notification on arrival/departure of the foreign citizen using software of "ELPOST" is 100 rubles (the VAT is not assessed).

The cost of the equipment of one workplace is 12,750 thousand rubles. This amount includes installation of all software products, production of the EDS (electronic digital signature) and technical support within one calendar year.
