2019: Access points of EWS357AP and EWS377AP

On March 28, 2019 the EnGenius Networks Europe company proposing the advanced solutions in the field of wireless communication to clients from a segment of small and medium business (SMB) provided EWS357AP   — access point 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6) 2x2.

According to the producer, this access point of standard 11ax with support of configuration 2x2 is ready to fulfill all relevant requirements which small and medium business imposes to Wi-Fi-networks, including:

• work in the most demanded configurations 1x1 and 2x2;
• support of upgrade of network without significant restructuring;

The access point of EnGenius EWS357AP works based on a chipset from Qualcomm Technologies with support of technologies 11ax which deepens and expands possibilities of Wi-fi. The technology 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6) is based on the existing deployments 802.11ac. And as the Wi-fi standard of the next generation 11ax   is both the speed, and more reliable, steady and effective wireless connections. • OFDMA is multiple access with orthogonal frequency demultiplication for more effective use of the channel;
• the ascending and descending MU-MIMO channels thanks to what optimal reliability of a signal and acceptance is provided;
• Target Wake Time is the function promoting saving of energy due to planning of time of awakening of radio.
