Data of the client and a system are located not on the client's equipment, and in modern, specialized data center in Chicago. As servers we use highly reliable Dell PowerEdge. The specialized data center meeting the modern requirements to data protection methods provides existence of the 4-level security system including protection of the territory and premises, the system of electronic identification of visitors, a video surveillance system, equipment modern technical means: sources of regular power supply, climate control (temperature and humidity), automatic fire extinguishing system, own diesel reserve generator, existence of high-speed access to networks of several telecom operators, ensuring round-the-clock technical support. For reliability assurance and security daily backup is made for prevention of accidental data loss and multilayer protection against unauthorized access is provided. On a case of a natural disaster, we have a separate data center which in addition protects and stores all data of the client. Security at the level of the application is performed automatically by enciphering by your personal information when moving from your computer of our servers, using Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with a key of long 128 bits (today is the safest type of connection). We guarantee complete confidentiality of your data. Very strict domestic policy and procedures of the company prevent unauthorized access of personnel of the company to information of customer bases of data without the permission of the client. Access to your information is possible via Web browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome, etc.). It also means that the customer has no initial costs for system deployment - servers and the associated equipment are not necessary, licenses for DBMS are not necessary, there is no need for the additional IT specialists supporting all this equipment in working order. Requirements to computers of users are also absent - any operating system allowing to start one of the above-named browsers, and any computer.
