Ertek: Hotel Manager Assistant Ecvi

For April 20, 2017 Hotel Manager Assistant Ecvi is a cloud management system for hotels, apartments, hostels.

The Ecvi technology is intended for automation of network hotels, separate hotels. There is an integration with the adjacent systems:

• hotel website,
• sales channels,
• fiscal registrar,
• system of migration registration,
• restaurant system.

System modules

• Requests
  • the Module of the Request for room reservation or other resources of hotel is presented in the table form.

The balance outputs information on the state of the account of the payer on this request. Using this field it is possible to find quickly debtors for services or those guests who else have an unused balance of earlier entered advance payment.

• Statistics
  • Information on all armorings, arrivals and the amount of the services in all hotels of a chain provided to the guest where a certain guest or the company stopped. For viewing statistics it is necessary to select appropriate section, to select the period and to select either printing of the report, or its viewing.

• Armoring
  • the Main tool in the module - the electronic "checkerwork" of numbers reflecting both rooms of the number of rooms of hotel, and any other resources which are leased on a time basis.

It is possible to configure the scale of display of the checkerwork - day, week or month.

• Clients
  • Any guest or the company created at introduction of the new request automatically remain in the list of Clients.

• Accounts
  • U of the company and the guest in a system always exists the Account. Always it is possible to pass to the account of any guest or the organization specified in the request.

Services can be charged to the personal account of the guest or the company by two methods: manually or automatically.

• Reports
• To * B the module Reports are available to the user the certain statistical data on hotel given about arrival, accommodation and departure of the guest, their accounts, revenues of hotel, etc.
• Magazine
  • Allows to check and eliminate at any time violations of users and also to trace and prevent errors further.

• Maids
  • Is responsible for the status and cleaning of the number of rooms of hotel. Distinctive feature of functionality of the module is an opportunity to change the status of number (and beds).

Change of the status of number or bed possibly not only manually, but automatically. The report "The order for cleaning" always forms on a current status of the number of rooms. All numbers and beds in the status "dirty", with indication of type of cleaning, the note to cleaning and t.p are included in the report

• Messages
  • Allows users to communicate, instructions and to leave other notes which then can be available to any employee or only to the one to whom were addressed.

Notifications on messages are visible during the work in any module.

• Configurator
  • Serves for setup of a configuration of hotel (group of hotels), user rights, rates, the nomenclature of services and other necessary parameters.
