Application in UPATS of the program switch (Soft Switch), and modular SIP VoIP which are a part of UPATS gateways via which normal analog telephone sets are connected to UPATS considerably expands a possibility of creation of the optimal scheme of the communication considering requirements of the specific enterprise. Accession of UPATS Everest to the operator networks built by the principles of NGN is performed on SIP to trunks. For accession to traditional channel switching telephone networks, the structure of UPATS includes multiport (from 2 to 8 ports) VoIP are EDSS PRI(E1) gateways.
