The Evoko Room Manager booking system is used by the companies and the organizations in order to avoid the difficulties and misunderstanding capable to break a meeting or to lead to idle time of the premises without need.

Information on employment of the premises is displayed on the touch screen Evoko Room Manager. The device helps to learn - who reserved the premises and when. A system acts on the Outlook platform (MS Exchange Server).

Installation of a system is simple. There is no need for use of the additional server, it is not necessary to install new software on the Exchange server and it is not necessary to set additions to Outlook, it is feature of Evoko Room Manager.

Armoring happens to the help of Outlook or directly from the touch screen. The procedure consists in armoring from Outlook using the computer. Information on armoring is instantly displayed on the touch screen at the required premises. On the screen hours, free from armoring, are displayed.

Green and red color of illumination of a background helps to estimate the status of the room (is free/is engaged) even at removal. Armoring the next hours can be made by means of input from the touch screen. Active meetings last by the same method. The meeting can be completed ahead of schedule, it frees the room for use by colleagues.
