The joint Credit Bureau started at the beginning of 2013 on-line service of identification of individuals – IDV (ID Verification). Service is set in experimental design bureau and financial institutions which render different to on-line services, access to which requires the identity certificate resort to its help.
The task of IDV Service is in checking whether really the person on that side of the monitor is that client for whom issues itself, or this is the swindler who used others passport data.
