Using the experience of one of the largest recruitment agencies, constantly consulting with HR specialists, the Experium team managed to develop a unique product whose roots are completely in the recruitment sector. On August 24, 2011, a new version of Experium was released, which implements the new innovative technology of the Data Import module, which allows you to analytically recognize the content of resumes and other documents, saving data in the form of a filled person card to the Experium database in a matter of seconds.
The company's developers have brought to life the innovative Data Import technology. An interesting resume found on the website on the Internet, sent by e-mail or simply opened from an MS Word© document, is converted into a person's card in the Experium program with one click.
The new technology performs instant processing and analytical recognition of the summary text in 25 fields:
- Personal information: surname, first name, patronymic, date of birth, citizenship.
- Contact information: gender, index, country, region, city, address (street, house, etc.), e-mail, phone number.
- Work experience: all previous places of employment of the applicant and professional activities with an indication of the period of work.
- Additional information: language proficiency with indication of proficiency level.
- Source of CV receipt into the database: date, source of CV receipt into the database.
The resume itself is attached to the person's card as an attachment.
The Import Data module checks for "twins" in an existing user database. If a "double" is found, the module complements the already existing record in the database with new information and attaches a new version of the resume.
Tests have shown that the accuracy of parsing documents processed by the Data Import module is 90%, which is comparable to the accuracy of parsing performed by a person.
