Extra Max (dumplings machine)

2025: Product Announcement

The Russian company Signal-Pak from Yekaterinburg presented an automatic device for the production of dumplings, khinkali and other dough products with a capacity of up to 350 kg of products per hour. The device called "Extra Max" is capable of producing various types of flour products on an industrial scale. The presentation of the equipment took place in July 2025.

The automated system can produce turnkey not only dumplings and khinkali, but also dumplings, chebureks, samsu and manta of various shapes and sizes. The device works with both soft and tight dough, providing flexibility in the production process.

The technical characteristics of the device include full touch control, which simplifies the operation and adjustment of production parameters. The device is equipped with protection against water and dust according to the international IP55 standard, which allows it to be used in industrial conditions.

A feature of "Extra Max" is the presence of dough blowing technology, which ensures uniform formation of products and prevents product sticking to working surfaces. This improves the quality of finished products and reduces the amount of scrap in the production process.

The maximum capacity of the equipment is 350 kg of finished products per hour of continuous operation. This capacity allows enterprises to significantly increase the production of flour products compared to the manual method of manufacture.

The device is designed for use in large enterprises of the food industry and in production workshops. Device makes it possible to automate labour-intensive process of dough products moulding, which reduces the need for manual labor and increases standardization of products.^[1]
