Automated information system Electronic archive completely automates activity of archive of the municipal entity or department.
At system implementation scanning of paper documents was performed, including processing of multipage documents "without lacing" was made. When scanning documents retroconversion, framing and attribution of electronic documents is performed. When forming archive the indication of storage location of the paper document (number of a rack, the shelf, a box) is made.
At the moment more than 1 million different cases with lists of documents are stored in archives. Basic function of archive is providing access to documents electronically. Access to documents is provided in browse mode, at the same time for obtaining copies of the scanned documents, the request is performed via the Portal of public services.
Obtaining documents in electronic form or the notification on obtaining the printed electronic documents in local government authorities is result of providing service. Feature of a system is the possibility of processing of a large number of documents with the minimum participation of personnel.
Modules of a product are used for embedding in the software packages needing archive functionality. In particular, a system is used in the AIS "Payment of Subsidies and Compensations on Services Housing and Communal Services " for providing access in any workplace to the scan images of documents of the exempt given together with the statement.
