The "Stroy Invest Project M" corporation presented in the fall of 2012 at the International exhibition of security protections of the state "Interpolitekh - 2012" a universal hardware-software complex of technical sight Eye.

The predecessor Eye, the Arrow complex, is today the capital equipment based on which upgrade and development of the transport systems in many regions of Russia is performed. Use of the Arrow complex allowed to reduce considerably the number of the road accidents and to secure lives of people on roads.

"When we will bring the number of video cameras on city streets to 800, they will cover almost all city streets and MKAD. It will mean that we will fix nearly all offenses which happen on roads of Moscow", - the mayor of the capital Sergey Sobyanin said.

The Eye system fixes violations practically of all main points traffic regulations and reports in Command center traffic data on the high-speed mode, driving into the oncoming lane, intersection of a solid line, a turn in the prohibited place, the drive on an inhibit signal of the traffic light, the movement on the selected band for public transport and even abuse of regulations of the parking.

The device monitors all movements and evolutions of the machine and reveals "inadequate" cars whose behavior can lead to accident or provoke emergence of a jam. Besides, a system is capable to estimate the speed and intensity of the movement on all bands along with reach to 500 meters.

"In the world there are no analogs our developments. During the work on a system, we calculate far forward and we design the equipment taking into account further development of a road and transport system of the country", – the chief designer of a complex Sergey Osipov reported.

Developers of a new complex presented one more of effective solutions at the Interpolitekh exhibition - the system of the automated transport control Interception which works using a video fixing complex together with NIS GLONASS.

"When cameras are come into the view by the vehicle which is wanted information with its photo, the reason of search and the place of journey goes to the person on duty who needs only to give coordinates to the next dresses and posts for his detention. Integration with the system of video fixing allows to record the direction and a route of the movement that promotes quick search of vehicles", - the director of the department of development of the project solutions "NIS GLONASS" Vladimir Larin comments.
